Founded in 1993, leading travel agency, HRG Czech Republic (Hogg Robinson s.r.o.), has steadily built an excellent reputation as one of the most established providers of corporate travel. Part of international corporate services business Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the company has branches in more than 120 countries all over the world, directly owned or within partner bureaux.

We offer a variety of tools to help businesses best manage their travel. Our “Business Trip Management” programme enables you to watch, optimise and control your travel expenses throughout the whole process from booking tickets, accommodation or car rentals through to managing the more bureaucratic end of things, such as visas. And we also offer an entire function dedicated to “Meetings, Groups & Events” to help you organise and manage incentive trips, conferences, congresses, events, business meetings and social corporate events. Shortly we’ll also be adding sports and fun corporate events, both domestic and international, to our already extensive service.

Pavel comes from Trebic and joined HRG in 2004. He started as a Business Travel Manager, moved into Sales before becoming the General Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. His responsibilities include overseeing the sales, marketing and travel decisions of the firm. He also he coordinates the senior management team.

Pavel comes from a little town close to Prague and joined the HRG group in 2010. As a Head of Operations he is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Business Travel department, including our reservation systems and the integration of new clients and technologies. He has his finger on the pulse, keeping in regular contact with our suppliers – airlines, hotels and car hire companies. Results-focused, Pavel delivers targeted plans in response to an ever changing market and is continually on the lookout for ways we can do things better, ensuring that we are the best and the fastest at what we do.

She is also responsible for the smooth operation of the office.

Scope of employment:

  • Communication with clients personally as well as over a phone and via email
  • Booking and issuing tickets and other services offered by the company
  • Calculations, sales of additional services (insurance, cars, accommodation, conference services)
  • Services invoicing

We expect:

  • Good knowledge of GDS Amadeus essential
  • Minimum of Secondary Grammar School education or equivalently High School with A-levels
  • Good knowledge of English (daily-basis and personal use)
  • Independence, responsibility, flexibility, and good organized character
  • Positive, communicative and active approach, good stress-coping
  • Desire to learn
  • Ability to communicate with all kinds of clients, business mind
